So part one of the fish fry went awesome!!
So I'm told lol, all good was gone when I was hungry,
Then the kicker, I ran out of gas!.
I couldn't even cook a hot dog.
Hopefully tomorrow I can get some gas fill,
As I really wanna show my neighbors girly me lil sous chef how to beer batter fry mushrooms!
But I'm out of gas for now. Any donations go to feeding people and teaching kids how to cook!

I love teaching them how to cook kick arse stuff!!
We are doing a new Orleans style catfish, and beer batter mushroom, and zucchini stick fry with beer battered dill pickles and baked seasoned sweet potato fries!!!!!!!

As a Pit master I do watch TV BBQ shows, it's chef p**n!!
But I was watching the season 7 finally of BBQ pit masters and the one guy never cooked a whole hog?????
WTF my personal record is in just one summer I cooked 37 hogs! Some 3 at a time all coming out at different times for different events, man, I breathe BBQ!
