Another epic 4th of July celebration accomplished! Thank you Frank and Jen for putting this all together. Thanks also Margarette and family for all your help with the food set up. The fireworks were spectacular!! They never disappoint and always are a highlight. 🇺🇸👍🎆🎇

Dominick’s Story

Dominick has always loved to cook. At a young age he learned that good food would bring people pleasure. As he got older and had the time he wanted to put his dream of owning a barbecue business into reality. He used his welding skills to make his own smoker. Then he crafted his own homemade blend barbecue sauce. He started doing barbecues for family and friends and it took off from there. Dominick has perfected his own recipes using quality meats, local produce and fresh spices and herbs from his garden. The smoker is woodfired using local hardwoods and fruit tree woods. Using quality ingredients, his cooking experience and his homemade smoker, Dominick brings you the most delicious barbecue.
