I'm preparing pork ribs for tomorrow's pop up at the Claverack Library! This is my first event of the season. You don't want to miss this.

Dominick has always loved to cook. At a young age he learned that good food would bring people pleasure. As he got older and had the time he wanted to put his dream of owning a barbecue business into reality. He used his welding skills to make his own smoker. Then he crafted his own homemade blend barbecue sauce. He started doing barbecues for family and friends and it took off from there. Dominick has perfected his own recipes using quality meats, local produce and fresh spices and herbs from his garden. The smoker is woodfired using local hardwoods and fruit tree woods.
