Roasted Potatoes with Herbs de Provence, Lemon-Zested Asparagus, Fresh Cod with Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes & Lemon, Beef Tenderloin with a Portobello-Cabernet DemiGlace, and our Baby Field Greens with Strawberries, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts, English Cucumbers and Cherry Tomatoes with a Honey-Lemon Vinaigrette. Chef Heather rocked it! Thank you again Fran!!
