Meet Madeline, our new Director of Operations and Marketing! Madeline was raised in Southern California, but now lives in Columbus, OH. She received her undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, where she was also a part of the Women’s Boxing team, and her MBA from Western Governors University.
Madeline is coming to us from a career in education, working as the head of the Business Department at Bishop Hartley High School in Columbus. After 6 years in education, she is excited to bring a fresh perspective and hopefully pick up some cooking skills along the way. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and toddler son, as well as hiking and reading.
While Madeline won’t be working in your kitchens, she serves as a happy taste-tester for new recipes, and is looking forward to keeping things cooking behind the scenes.

Grant’s culinary journey began in his early years in California, where his adventurous palate led him to embrace a diverse range of foods. This enthusiasm soon evolved into a passion for cooking, with Grant preparing breakfast for his family, including Chef Anthony, by the age of 10.
Pursuing his interest further, Grant attended the University of Kentucky, majoring in Hospitality in 2009. During his college years, he gained practical experience working part-time at The Corner Café, a charming establishment known for its rotating menu and devoted clientele. After graduating, Grant returned to Los Angeles to immerse himself in the dynamic local food scene, further honing his culinary skills.
In 2016, Grant relocated to Cincinnati with his wife. There, he quickly established himself as a leading caterer, managing the production and service at numerous local weddings and events. His experience at Eli’s BBQ, where he refined his skills in smoking techniques, and his role in kitchen management at Condado Tacos, have contributed to his versatility as a chef. Grant’s combination of culinary expertise, management acumen, and a steadfast commitment to food safety and dietary preferences, positions him as an ideal personal chef for your family!
Beyond his professional endeavors, Grant is an avid gardener, incorporating home-grown produce into his daily cooking. He enjoys hiking with his wife and dog and continually explores new foods and recipes, adding to his expansive culinary repertoire!

Please help me welcome our newest chef, Kate Lopez!!
Kate is a native Cincinnatian who holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the University of Akron as well as her Certificate L’Art de la Pâtisserie from the esteemed French Pastry School, in Chicago. Kate attributes her love of cooking to a childhood full of happy times spent in the kitchen with her mom. Her grandmother saw the joy Kate found in cooking and encouraged her to pursue a culinary career.
While working towards her degree she worked at Sturkey’s, under the guidance of Paul and Pam Sturkey. Her love of cooking grew but it was Pam that sparked her true passion for desserts and her desire to obtain her certificate in Pastry Arts. Kate spent the next 12 years working at some of the top restaurants, hotels and private clubs in Chicago, expanding her knowledge and expertise in a flavorful variety of cuisines and techniques.

In 2016, Kate returned to Cincinnati to raise her family and work with Jean-Robert de Cavel as his Pastry Chef at Restaurant L. Kate left Restaurant L to take a position within Compass Group, ultimately rising to Chef Manger.

Kate's greatest joy in cooking and baking has always come from the enjoyment others find in her creations. She is looking forward to cooking on a more personal level!
Kate and her husband, who is also a chef, have a precocious 8-year-old daughter who loves to be the taste-tester for Mom and Dad.
When Kate isn't in the kitchen, she loves hanging out with her family, traveling and reading.

Then once a week go to the grocery store to do the shopping and come to your home to prepare your family’s meal for the week. This can be any combination of dinners, lunches, breakfast items, snacks and desserts! We also offer a private chef service where the chef can come and cook lunch and /or dinner and serve it. Muchas Gracias Dominican Republic!!! 🇩🇴 I had the most amazing time last week learning the cuisine in the Dominican Republic! But as you all know, food is an experience and an ethnic cuisine takes you on a journey to its culture. So of course I had to get the full experience 😜This is some of the many highlights of my adventures: tasting all the delicious food, drinking Mamajuana, making friends with the locals, speak broken Spanish, partaking in their traditional fiestas, salsa dancing the night away, watching the live performances, snorkeling in the Caribbean Sea, tanning by the pool and chilling on the beach😎 It was my first time there but definitely not my last!! The DR stole my heart❤️🇩🇴❤️🇩🇴 I’m feeling more refreshed then ever and so excited to cook this new cuisine for my clients🤩•

All the way from California, please welcome our newest Personal Chef, Anthony!! Anthony was raised in Southern California but has has family roots in Kentucky. He spent his professional career in California where he trained at some of the best restaurants along the coast. He attended Culinary Arts School at San Francisco Cooking School, and has experience not only in Brazilian, American, Italian, Californian, and Mexican restaurants, but in butchery and commercial fishing as well.

Chef Anthony loves to mix the freshest ingredients to make his masterpieces. With more than 7 years of restaurant experience, Anthony is more passionate about cooking than ever!

He recently just moved back to Northern Kentucky to live closer to his family and help around the family farm. He has even taken up growing his own produce this summer.

Fun fact: he used to dive for sea urchins in Southern California while working as a commercial fisherman for a large sea food company.

His other hobbies include: spear fishing, surfing, hiking, painting, and dirt biking.

Meal prepped this salad for the week✅ It’s so fresh and healthy and has no lettuce so it doesn’t get soggy after adding dressing to it. It has chickpeas and lentils, great sources of protein. Bell peppers, beets, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, veggies that are packed with nutritious benefits. Basil, parsley, and mint for that fresh bust of flavor and aids in digestion and is used as an anti-inflammatory. Finish it off with a lemon tahini creamy dressing for your healthy fats, and antioxidants to get your immunity at its best during the change of seasons. 🌸 •

Meatless Monday Meal! This is an easy meal which consists of mostly veggies. I used onions, bell peppers, purple cabbage, edamame, but you can use any leftover veggies in your fridge. Sautéed up the veggies and add a can of chickpeas, and a jar of Indian Tikka Marsala sauces and heat until warm. Serve it over jasmine rice with some salted cashews, sliced up green onions and purple cabbage “confetti” just for fun🥳•

Grilled everything ! Want to enjoy this beautiful spring weather? Why not cook your entire meal outside on the grill? 😎 Here’s how I made the potatoes in foil on the grill👇
1 lb. red potatoes, quartered
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning*
salt and pepper, to taste
Wash potatoes. Toss it all together. Wrap potatoes up in foil in a single layer, and grill over medium heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes can be pierced with a fork for desired doneness.

The duties of the chef are grocery shopping, transporting groceries to the clients home and preparing the clients meals in the clients home. We have part-time and full-time positions available. We offer competitive wages, Monday- Friday day time hours, no nights or weekends! Experience preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who loves to cook, has a general knowledge of cooking techniques, and diets, is outgoing, is comfortable working and cooking on their own. Also an individual who can problem solve, is responsible, reliable, creative and professional. The chef must have a reliable vehicle and background checks are required. Banana Bread Pre- Workout Snack! 🍌🍞🏋️‍♀️💪Before a workout, some of the best things to consume are protein powder, peanut butter, bananas and oatmeal and this recipe has it all! This is a protein packed treat with no additional sugar added. Whether you need a little kick start to your morning, a healthy snack, a pre-workout or a little dessert, you can make this quick banana bread and enjoy it all week! Since there’s no flour or sugar added, its a little different than your typical bakery bread, but this peanut butter topped healthy snack, is still a yummy treat😋 Also, don’t forget to eat it 1 hour to 30 minutes before your workout to fuel you up and get you ready to perform your best!

•2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) banana
•½ cup rolled oats
•3 whole egg
•2 egg whites
•½ cup skim milk (or milk alternative)
•1 tsp baking powder
•2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
•1/2 cup of nuts of your choice (optional)
•Peanut butter for serving on top of sliced bread

1.)Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2.)Mash the bananas up really well, and whisk in the eggs and milk.
3.)Blend the rest of the dry ingredients into the mix until it takes on a batter-like consistency.
4.)Spray a loaf pan and pour in the batter.
5.)Bake the banana bread for about 35-40 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean when you stab it. Store in refrigerator. One loaf makes about nine 1/4-inch slices.
