We check and log temperatures of the meals throughout the process, and discovered an issue with refrigeration. We are discarding all meals from Wave 1 that were due for delivery today, and offering a refund or credit to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will be installing smart thermometers to prevent reoccurrence. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
