Super easy vegan butternut squash BUT HEAR ME OUT!
Before your smug, vegan hater face comes on 😜 It seriously tastes like pumpkin pie.
AAANNND It’s ONLY 4 ingredients:

1. coconut milk (Thai canned stuff is the best)

2. Butternut squash (fresh is always best)

3. Honey/ Brown Sugar/Date Syrup (your choice)

4. Cinnamon (it doesn’t matter if it’s organic!)

Roast or sauté or even boil (gross) the squash. Blend that B up with some coconut milk, cinnamon and honey to taste.

I love to serve mine with some pumpkin seeds, flax seed and granola, well, because it’s delicious and I hate soft only food. Ps it ur like me and need dairy, finesse it was a few tablespoons of butter. Or sub the coconut milk with half n half or heavy cream if ur really wanting to Go Hard with the calories 😜

Yes, Chef is my childhood dream becoming a reality! My goal is to host You, my new Guests, to an array of eclectic meals and cuisines to showcase my love for the culinary arts. In my twenty something years working in this industry my greatest desire of hosting small events in an intimate space has always been the dream. Now, I am able to do just that with the support of all you fine folk! Yes, Chef will some day be a breakfast bistro as I LOVE brunch with the girls and having any excuse for a little day drinking :-D But in the meantime, I will be hosting monthly dinner parties in disclosed locations with themes to fit the event. Menus will be posted a month in advance as with the lovely location it will be held. Yes, Chef will always have a musical guest to fill the air as we attempt to fulfill your soul with some downright delicious home cooking, great conversation with new friends in cozy ambiance to make you feel I am your very own personal chef hosting a lovely dinner at your home.

Yes, Chef can also take requests for private events such as a birthday dinner for a group of old pals wanting a personal touch on a private event; or maybe a few cousins wanting to surprise Mom-to-be with a whimsical brunch-in; OR maybe, just maybe a small family would like to be pampered for the evening and host dinner without having to deal with all the details. Yes, Chef is the right event for you!
