Last week and into today, the weeks have been busy. I often was concentrating more on my work than getting my "foodie pics". When I sit down to post, I recall the multiple menus thats been created and sure wish I had gotten so many more pics but for now, I can only promise to do better. We are so much more than BBQ!!

We've been a little quiet recently but we've still been in the kitchen! Here's a peak as to what we've been up to.
The winter slow down had to be taken to address a neglected back issue that could no longer be ignored. Im thankful to finally have some relief however it does mean that I will have to slow up my schedule going foward. With that being said...We are currently taking catering requests but our schedule is limited. We are hoping to do some BBQ pick up meal offerings in the future so stay tuned! Enjoy and call us for next get together. Let us take the stress out of the kitchen

Sorry it's been a while since we've checked in. We've been debating this post for a few weeks now. As you can see our kitchen has been staying busy. We're not unlike many Small Businesses we're a small team and times are still tuff. We simply can't keep working our Happy Belly Foods kitchen full time. There's not enough hours in a day for 2 people to work and keep up quality services and products and stay a float in business. Trying to has taken a toll on our bodies and our spirits. So we've made some changes! The Grill Master aka my husband, Michael and myself, Deda have both returned to full time work outside of the kitchen. The food truck is no longer available for our services but now has an exciting new beginning with Putnam Co Chamber of Commerce. Our weekends are booked for the remainder of the year but no new orders will be accepted through 2022. For the first time in 7 years we will not be offering Holiday meals. We will have a New service to be announced for 2023 so we are definitely not going anywhere! Our commercial kitchen is still on premises so please be patient as we roll out a New Business format for Food and Beverage services in 2023!
