For the first time in some 16 years, we have decided to put our hat into the ring for a permanent spot at the Saturday Market. You can find your favorite balloon creations on the park blocks in Eugene, every Saturday in space #366. If ever we are not there it simply means that we are at another festivals and will return soon. Please come say hello. We have a brand new balloon menu for you to choose from.
