Getting ready with the girls!! 💅🏼 This was one of my first-ever weddings!! Accidentally sent them a 720 final film years ago, and they recently reached out wanting the quality I shot at, aka, 1080p. Since I deleted the edit file, I had to remake the entire video from scratch. It's interesting to see how much I've grown over the years; my editing has drastically improved, comparing this new edit to the old one. I just hate that my first 10 weddings are NOTHING like my recent 10. You just get so much better with time and find ways to bring videos to life. I hate that I can't go back and re-film this, but I'm happy to witness my growth. Much more growth to go, but one wedding at a time. 馃帴
Favorite shots I got from Haley's wedding!! 🔥Fun story: We ventured to the top of Grand Targhee Resort for some beautiful shots, but in the midst of it, a weather warning prompted us to descend ASAP. I hopped on the chairlift to capture shots of Haley & Mark coming down, but to my surprise, they were not there. 🙏 As it turned out, the chairlift had to halt due to weather right after mine, and they had to be transported down via a vehicle AFTER walking some distance.🙏 Bro... One of the most poignant moments I've ever captured. The father, a biker who recently passed away, was given 'one last ride' to his final resting place by a group of bikers. This genuinely brought tears to my eyes—such a powerful and emotional moment to witness. What makes it even more heart-wrenching is that he passed away from a broken heart, just three weeks after his wife of over 70+ years passed away. The family, kind and sweet, allowed me to share this story, and I felt compelled to share this powerful moment. RIP Thomas & Bernice Caston. ❤️
