Brenna & Harris’ celebration of love was absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. One of the most charming & romantic weddings I’ve had the joy of being a part of. I can’t take credit for creating their amazing decor & details, but it was so lovely to get to be a part of executing their party and vision as a Day of Coordinator! From the Flower Grandma.. the song choices.. down to all of intimate touches like their personalized matchbooks & charcuterie.. love note napkins.. swan theme & super incredible moon backdrop.. to their absolutely dreamy garden ceremony with falling pines in the breeze.. to the ribbons & beautiful floral.. to their bustling vintagey cocktail reception & dance in the stunning Black Hawk Hotel which was lit by candlesticks & table centerpieces made of fresh fruit and greenery. We had the pleasure of being part of this beautiful November wedding at the stunning Hidden Acre. Sydney was an incredibly organized Bride and thought of everything. They planned lovely decor and thoughtful elements. I loved the “I love you 3,000” in their vows. Their guests were well fed from cocktail hour to dinner to a bundt cake/cookie spread and even late night pizza delivery! We stepped in for day of tasks such as greeting vendors, coordinating the ceremony, final prep for the reception space, cocktail hour food/desserts, dismissing tables for dinner and clean up. Definitely one of the sweetest families and wedding parties I’ve had the opportunity to work with. Congratulations!!

3 years in the making.. 36 wedding weekend hours.. 11 vendors.. 8 setup and teardown crew.. and 2 of the most amazing individuals to work with!! Some highlights of the day included the beautiful and unique barn venue, fresh floral & greenery, stunning drapery, polaroid photo booth and s'mores bar to top off the night. Table runners and head table included 3 types of fresh eucalyptus and Italian ruscus. Even a light rain couldn't keep this couple away from their personal outdoor ceremony. Heather and Dave, it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of your celebration!!! We wish you so many more great memories. ❤
