Take a good look in the mirror. Have you noticed that Your life usually takes the shape of whatever you allow? Because whatever controls your attention will control you.You may be going through some things in life as a result of some choices you made and committed yourself to. Therefore, how you see yourself is a result of what you've cultivated by design in your mind and in a certain environment.

The reason you keep going in circles is because you have not re-evaluated your circle. What ever you are not changing you are choosing. If the situation is not changing, understand that God is using that situation to change you. Sometimes in life when you want to make things work, you must make an adjustment. Take a look at yourself and the choices you make, if they are not causing you to grow, then it's time for a change. Discipline may seem like it's the enemy but it's actually your best friend. Discipline will put you on that path to make you stronger, wiser and better. ~KM~

For sure. This is part of the reason why you must be mindful where and who you give your time and attention to. Focus on what matters to you and it will become second nature. What you feed and focus on positively always challenge, grow and make you better.

No need to be fooled by smoking mirrors in social media to keep up with anyones race or pace. Because we all know life is not perfect, nobody is perfect, but when you're perfectly in tune with self, nothing and nobody can stop you from blossoming and growing into the best version of yourself for yourself. Spiritual warfare is at an all time high and I'm troubled by the abundant evil I am seeing in this generation. We seem to live in a Godless world where satan is always looking for opportunities to lead people away from God and to set them on a path of destruction. It is through evil that the devil tries to shake your Faith and joy. I want you to be reminded today that we all have a Savior in Jesus Christ.

For he who is in you, is greater than he who is of this world. Defeat the devil when he's preying by praying for discernment and praising God through it all. Because God is the light during darkness that will force the enemy to flee seven different ways. We may not be able to change our circumstances at times but when you walk by Faith and not sight, no weapons forced against you shall ever prevail!! Thursday night I made fried chicken wings for dinner, but t I didn't feel like frying all 20 pieces. Today I made my rounds early and kept telling myself I wanted Mexican food at my favorite local spot. The cravings were kicking in extra cuz you know what you tell yourself is what will become. Well the cravings were making my taste buds drool!! I just couldn't wait to smash that! To kill time I went grocery shopping first. Bought some ice cream and other dairy products and thought, Wow now I have to run all the dairy stuff home first, then go treat myself to lunch.

Shiiidd by the time I got home, I realized my blessings, threw those left over pieces of chicken in the air fryer, warmed up my sides and let me tell you, the best decision I made today was coming back home for lunch. Cuz baby, look at what I put together AND saved my funds so I can have more fun!! Besides you Know leftovers are 10X better the next day! I love it when a plan fully comes together! Good morning everyone!! Wow, I have not been on this page since before and around Christmas!! This is my first post of the New Year!! So Happy New Year Everyone!! Cheers to another 365 opportunities coming our way!! I missed you all, but took some much needed time away from the platform in general. Life is always busy behind the scenes for me because I am not limited to marketing just on social media.

My goal has always been more about building and sustaining authentic and lasting connections on here. That being said, unfortunately social media can disrupt your daily life, mood and mental health when you're too engaged into the many aspects involved. So for me, on my personal and business pages, I take quite a few self care breaks, where it's neccessary for my Peace, Joy and mental Wellness. I be for Real about all that, I just won't fake it when I'm not feeling any of it! Facebook and people on here be doing too much beyond our own control at times and I don't have time for all that on a mental note. Nonetheless ya girl and family is baaaack, like we never left!! ~Kaliah~
