Check it out! Very grateful to the folks at WTVR CBS 6 News for featuring the work we are doing to help our state recover form this COVID-19 pandemic. This aired on their Virginia This Morning on CBS 6 show today! The support from our community has been overwhelming and that is why we are so thankful to be able to give back to the community we love by offering discounts during this difficult time. We can't wait to get back to planning weddings and festivals but until this we will continue to do our part support our neighbors and stop the spread!

We have worked with many of them to set up employee screening areas where medical professionals can ensure everyone who comes inside is healthy. If you would have told us this Winter that come Spring “drive thru tents” and medical supply tents would be where our time is focused, we would have never believed it. No one could have predicted this life changing pandemic but we are blessed to be a part of the solution.

Two weeks ago we here at Topside Tent and Party Rentals were eagerly planning for beautiful spring weddings, putting the final touches on the first festivals of the spring season, and looking forward to setting up tents for spring concerts, corporate trade shows, and NASCAR races. Now, with most all of those events grinding to a halt our focus has turned to helping our country and our community combat the Coronavirus. From blood collection sites to drive thru testing facilities to outdoor medical tents and tents allowing restaurants to stay open, Topside Tent Rentals stands ready to help a community that has supported us for more than 33 years. That is why today we are proud to announce discounts for any tent set up that is meant to help our state and our country return to normal plus for every tent we set up we will be making a donation to a non-profit working to combat the Coronavirus. No one planned on this virus changing every aspect of our daily lives. The faster we combat this pandemic the faster we can return to wedding & party planning, which I believe we speak for everyone when we say that is what we would prefer to do. Thank you for your support and we look forward to serving our community once again.

Check this out! Amid the "Social Distancing" we're dealing with right now, we delivered tents to Brocks Bar-B-Que so they can provide outdoor seating and keep their doors open for business! Such a creative way for a restaurant to keep doing business and for customers to enjoy great bar-b-que. Only parties of 10 or less though per tent! Please remember to support all small businesses in any way possible during this difficult time.
