** LIFE UPDATE **

You may have noticed an absence lately of eye catching posts from Parti + Petal.

2 months ago my world turned upside. My parents were involved in a very serious car accident and both were air lifted from the scene. On June 5, we lost my dad. My mom was seriously injured and has a very long road to recovery.

These last few weeks have taught me to take the pictures, give the hugs, be in the moment, gather together and celebrate all the things with your people because you may never know when it may be your last. I will always treasure these pictures as they are the last picture of my parents together and the last picture I have with my dad.

Parti + Petal was created to celebrate life’s everyday moments and special occasions. This recent tragedy has reignited my passion to celebrate the everyday and help others to do the same.

What a fun a fun theme to celebrate the last day of school! Our client sent a graphic she would be using and gave us complete creative license to come up with a balloon design to fit the theme. This peace sign ☮️ balloon wreath immediately came to mind! Super fun hanging on the front door to greet the kiddos after school! (Also super fun hanging on the wall! 😉).

Planning and styling the details of an event from start to finish is our happy place!

This Lily Pulitzer inspired 60th birthday celebration was filled with all the details! From color coordinated welcome drinks, a food buffet of favorites, a simple birthday cake made pretty, birthday girl favorites as game prizes for the “Lovers” (winners) and the “Likers” (losers), and macaroon sweet treats as guest party favors (her most favorite!).
