My name is Dalina, and my goal is to help you create your special day, and to do it within your budget. I have been planning weddings & organizing events in Santa Barbara for over 5 years. I believe each bride and groom have their own story to tell...their own vision for their wedding. I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service to make your wedding day YOUR "Once in a Lifetime" memory.

It has been a busy weekend for our team! We loved helping with CARDINAL EVENT at Bishop Garcia Diego High School! The parent volunteers really deserve the credit on this one: serving up an incredible BBQ tri-tip & chicken dinner (of which they started the grill at 6am!) for 500 parents, alums, family and friends of Bishop High School. The Cardinal Event raises money for the high school sports programs and this year hopefully a new travel sports van! sound/lighting by Gavin Roy, food by the Cardinal Club, beverage station drinks generously donated by Talevi's & Third Window Brewery, chocolate candies donated by Robitaille's in Carpinteria, among many others. A special shout-out to the Parent Volunteer Committee who gave so much of their time and effort to making the event possible: Kashia, Kerri, Matt, Tom, and Adriana... and to the staff who assisted in 1001 ways (Karen, Alexis, and Briana)! Of course- Thank you to the Bishop students and parents who helped with set up and clean up! What a beautiful evening!!!

Very excited to be working once again with the oldest non-profit in Santa Barbara! St. Vincent's helps homeless women & children in our community.. tomorrow we will be hosting our annual Fashion Show & Luncheon at the Rosewood Resort in Montecito. Once in a Lifetime is thrilled to be part of this incredible organization and the event it puts on to raise funds for such a worthy cause. Thank you to Dr. Regina Ruiz & the entire St. Vincent's staff who put this on every year! Thank you to the women who created this event and who tirelessly make dozens of gorgeous baskets and silent auction goodies: Claudia Lash & Pat Lupo- you are so talented and generous and we are so grateful for your efforts. Thank you to Stacey Carr who helped coordinate all the Bishop Garcia Diego High School student volunteers- it is wonderful to have high school students giving back to their community. To Marisa & Rosewood Resort Team-you know how to make any event special with your team of staff and willingness to make things happen quickly! EmmaRose Florals- thank you for your beautiful arrangements that will grace our tables and stage. Thank you to our amazing Fashion Designers: Catherine Gee of Catherine Gee Designs & Jennifer Siemens with California Kids Collections. WOW! These local women are talented and if you need gifts for the holidays (or anytime!)- check out their websites... their clothing is fantastic! And of course, a huge thank you to our tiny fashion models for helping to make the day so special! More photos to come tomorrow....

What a fun night for these newly minted teenagers! A little drizzle of rain doesn’t stop the party! We love planning bar and bat mitzvahs! What you need? Good music by Gavin Roy…A Candy station and yummy donuts and Desserts…And at this party… A jewelry bar for the girls to pick out their favorite rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets… And fun socks & water bottle stickers for the boys!
Glow sticks and hot chocolate…boom! And fresh baked and delivered warm cookies from insomnia cookies. Throw in a photo booth from SoCal Selfie and the party will go till you have to turn off the music at 10 PM!
Congratulations Shalom! (and an even bigger congratulations to her awesome parents who brought it all together)!

Could not be more proud to be partners with this amazing organization. Sally & Chuck Cook have done so much to create Hope Refuge with Olive Crest- a safe haven for victims of sex-trafficking. This annual luncheon helps to build awareness, and bring the community together to educate and support this worthy cause. Dream team of vendors: Catering Connection, Kelsey Crews Photography, Annie Gray Florals, Tony Ybarra Music.. and of course, Direct Relief for the gorgeous venue!
