The perfect second-line handkerchiefs most definitely DO exist!!

Looking to have assigned seats or tables for your wedding?! ⤵️

It takes the pressure off your guests and guide them on where to sit. If you have a single guest and they don't know anyone at the party they will be relieved to see you assigned them a seat next to your college roommate and can quickly make a friend instead of awkwardly trying to find a free place to sit.

Instead of feeling like the kid at the lunch with no one to sit with!

Here are a few recommendations:

👉 group by social groups (high school, college, work, social circles)

👉 if you have a super quiet guest, put them with an outgoing folks

👉 place elderly guests away from loud music

👉 place immediate family near the front

Some life updates + pivoting happening around here! As you have seen 🤰🏽 we pregnant these days!

Event planning and ex*****on has been part of my life for over 10 years! WOW - crazy to say that out loud.

I don't know what life is going to look like when baby gimlet (I can't WAIT to have a vodka gimlet after birth) arrives in the next couple of weeks, so we are (like a planner does) planning to make some shifts to give myself a bit more space.

What I am 100% sure of:

1. I am stoked to be able to continue supporting couples WHILE having a little one home with me!

2. I want to be able to support MORE couples in a virtual capacity.

3. I still have in person events on my calendar - but are limiting them! Only planning to take up to 3 more for 2025.

What you can expect to see:

1. 1:1 Consultations - These 1 hour "wedding therapy" sessions can help any couple in any stage of planning! If you want to get these on a reoccurring schedule - we can do that too!

2. Timeline Buildout - Getting married in the next 4(ish) months - let me dive into your details and you leave the call with a DONE FOR YOU detailed timeline to share!

3. Wedding Blueprint - My online wedding planning portal that meets you where you are in planning to saying "1 do".

4. In person support (Coordination + Full Service) are limited - but still available for 2025.

Logistics are my jam and I am a woo girl through and through - so weddings and supporting engaged couples make my heart happy!

Are you wondering what type of wedding reception style is right for you? Let's break it down!!

With many different options, it’s important to make your decision based on personal preference, budget considerations, and the overall vibe and flow of your wedding.

1️⃣ A formal seated dinner: This is the most traditional reception dinner style. All guests are seated and served a formal meal that consists of a few courses. Typically, your guests are all served the same appetizer and then oftentimes are given a choice for the entreé.

2️⃣ Family Style: This is a more casual option, but still has all of your guests seated. Big platters and bowls of food are passed around the table for each person to take what they would like.

3️⃣ Cocktail Style: This option doesn’t call for a seating chart or even a seat for all your guests! This gives your guests a chance to eat when they please and mix and mingle around. An assortment of passed apps and food stations placed around the reception space offer a variety of options to your guests.

👉🏾PRO TIP: Have a few tables with reserved signs for older guests or family that you want to make sure have a seat all night long!

No matter what style of reception you choose, just make sure the menu reflects the two of you as a couple and you can’t go wrong!

The ceremony kicks off the main event! It's what the guests will first see and experience in person - so we want it to run smoothly!

We just love getting to work at …for this event, here are few things we kept in mind when planning!

💫 While it's a smaller intimate space - we ensured the speaker and bluetooth microphone worked well!

💫 We had a tent on hold for the rain plan -> AKA anything outdoors - think of the rain plan!

💫 We ensured the space was set up to allow for a few photos prior to guests arriving!

Before you start inquiring with florists, you need to do this first!

Determine your floral priorities!

💐Do you want every table to have full lavish centerpieces?

💐Maybe a hanging install over the dance floor to make a statement for all your dancing photos?

💐A jaw dropping bouquet since it will be in so many photos?

From sparklers to streamers, the possibilities are endless, but keep these tips in mind when planning your exit -

✨ Does your venue allow it? Make sure to check their policy before you make your final decision

✨ What photographs best? Our favorites include - bubbles, streamers, cold sparklers etc.

✨ Is it an easy clean-up? You don’t want to leave your vendors to clean-up a huge mess (and most of the time it’s not allowed!), so choose something that stands out, but doesn’t have a big clean up such as paper confetti or rice.
