Bret and I are watching on Netflix, “You are what you eat - a twin experiment” - I am floored at what I’m learning about the food we buy and eat and how it affects our bodies and our world. I have read quite a few books and researched a lot on diet over the past years but I really had no idea. This show is incredibly informative and important for our health and our world’s future.
Like 90% of Alzheimer’s is caused by what we eat.
Most of the deforestation in the Amazon is due to our world’s consumption of beef.
We are inspired to look at food as medicine and have this show to thank!
