We started Blend after earning our education and training—a trek that took us from the strict Culinary Institute of America in New York to some of the most eclipsing restaurants and catering companies in Napa Valley and San Fran. Throughout our comprehensive experience we were faced with A LOT we didn’t know, which helped quench our appetite for learning. And, through it all, we learned precisely

what we wanted to do: run a limitless catering company that was as personable as it was tasty—as capable as it was inventive. Blend is that company.

Out foraging on this gorgeous Saturday morning for wild Sierra onions and found a big one! We'll be pickling some of the bottoms, making a soubise out of the rest of the bottoms then dehydrating the tops into a vibrant, green powder! This is #localfood at its best.
