The NSWCA and the state's wrestling community culminated a fun and exciting week of activities with their 2024 Hall of Fame Banquet and All Star Senior Dual.
The NSWCA inducted fifteen individuals into their Hall of Fame on Friday, June 7, 2024 in Grand Island. On Saturday, June 8, 2024 36 All Star Senior wrestlers competed in the Red/Blue spotlight dual at Northwest High School in Grand Island. The crowd was treated to 17 exciting duals featuring: Ammy Arroyo, Madison Davis, Hayle DeBoer, Darian Earth, Ruby Guerrero, Jazmin Haller, Corah Linnaus, Cloe Mandel, Maggie Painter, Ziomara Ruiz, Icis Sackville, Angeline skrdla, Libby Sutton, Ashlynn Whitley, Selena Zamora, Dayrin Zarraga, Riley Arner, Ross Bratetic, Jarrett Dodson, Seth Erickson, Chance Foust, Dagoberto Gastelum, Braxton Hammond, Hudson Holoch, Theron Johnson, Jakob Kavan, Caden Larsen, Taaron Lavicky, Roland Mendoza, Braxton Peacher, Sebastian Sauceda, Mitchell Stritt, Terry Trew, Wyatt Urkoski, Chauncey Watson, and Braydon Wobken.
The teams were coached by: Adam Tranmer-Winnebago, Tanner Balfour-Columbus Lakeview, Brian Sybrandts-Northwest, Jason Susnjar-Omaha Bryan, Derek Garfield-Fairbury, Jacob Johnson-Fairbury, and Les Painter-Pierce.
The dual was officiating by two of Nebraska's finest: NSWCA Official of the Year-Austin Coufal, Howells and NSWCA New Official fo the Year-Breatt Mauler, Mullen.
