Congratulations to these teams on being selected for the NSWCA Girls State Duals Invite. Here are your Class A and B schools that have accepted the invite to the 2024 NSWCA Girls State Duals. We would like to thank all of you for being willing to help us get this off the ground. This event will take place in West Point at the Neilsen Center on January 30th 2025. We will start wrestling at 9 AM.

The Nebraska Scholastic Wrestling Coaches Association has exciting news! An Associate membership option has been added for the 24-25 year.
1. Associate Membership: for ReƟred Coaches, HOF Alumni, Media, Officials & Parents
2. Annual Associate Membership Fee: $ 50.00 per person
3. Membership Benefits Include:
a. Associate members may nominate wrestlers for Academic All State, Senior
Scholarships and Senior All Star Dual
b. Associate members may nominate individuals for the Hall of Fame, or groups of
individuals for Special Awards such as Family of the Year, Media of the Year,
McIntyre/Watnam Award, Officials of the Year and Patron of the Year
c. Associate members will receive free admission to the Senior All Star Dual and
NSWCA Summer Coaches Social
d. Associate members will also receive all newsleƩer announcements from the NSWCA

Associate members are not eligible for:
a. AAU Club Insurance Binder
b. Free admission to AAU State or Huskerland State Tournaments
c. Voting privileges in regards to any Special Award categories or Board of Directors

You're Invited to the NSWCA Coaches Social during the NCA Coaches Clinic.
The Social will be Tuesday July 23rd from 5:00-7:00 at Spike's Beach Bar and Grille 2300 Judson St, Lincoln, NE 68521. Please become a member and attend our socials during the NCA Coaches Clinic. Membership Sign ups will be available that night.

The Membership dues help fund The NSWCA Hall of Fame Banquet, Awards for the Coaches, wrestlers, and other award winners through the NSWCA, The NSWCA Senior Spotlight Dual, The Twin River National Duals in Des Moines Iowa ( 3 high School boys teams, 2 JH Boys Teams, 3 High School Girls Team, 2 K-8 Girls Teams and 2 4-6 Boys teams), and the AAU National Scholastic Duals in Fort Lauderdale Florida (4 High School Boys Teams and 4 High School Girls Teams).

For the 1st time ever Maine is bringing a Girls teams to Nebraska this year as part of the Maine Exchange.

The girls will wrestle 2 duals at Pierce and 1 dual at Grand Island Northwest

Dual #1 - July 24th 6:00 pm at Pierce High School

Dual #2 - July 26th 5:30 pm at Pierce High School

Dual #3 - July 29th 6:00 pm at Grand Island Northwest

The NSWCA and the state's wrestling community culminated a fun and exciting week of activities with their 2024 Hall of Fame Banquet and All Star Senior Dual.
The NSWCA inducted fifteen individuals into their Hall of Fame on Friday, June 7, 2024 in Grand Island. Pictured are those inductees that were in attendance: Front Row: Craig Trampe, Joe Mundorf, Andy Pokorny, and Rik Gropp. Back: Dan Lonowski, Andy Janovich, Roger Legate, Brian Sybrandt, Daric Bennett (Kraus), Gordon Bye, Jay Helberg, Mark Gracey, and Darin Garfield.
On Saturday, June 8, 2024 36 All Star Senior wrestlers competed in the Red/Blue spotlight dual at Northwest High School in Grand Island. The crowd was treated to 17 exciting duals featuring: Ammy Arroyo, Madison Davis, Hayle DeBoer, Darian Earth, Ruby Guerrero, Jazmin Haller, Corah Linnaus, Cloe Mandel, Maggie Painter, Ziomara Ruiz, Icis Sackville, Angeline skrdla, Libby Sutton, Ashlynn Whitley, Selena Zamora, Dayrin Zarraga, Riley Arner, Ross Bratetic, Jarrett Dodson, Seth Erickson, Chance Foust, Dagoberto Gastelum, Braxton Hammond, Hudson Holoch, Theron Johnson, Jakob Kavan, Caden Larsen, Taaron Lavicky, Roland Mendoza, Braxton Peacher, Sebastian Sauceda, Mitchell Stritt, Terry Trew, Wyatt Urkoski, Chauncey Watson, and Braydon Wobken.
The teams were coached by: Adam Tranmer-Winnebago, Tanner Balfour-Columbus Lakeview, Brian Sybrandts-Northwest, Jason Susnjar-Omaha Bryan, Derek Garfield-Fairbury, Jacob Johnson-Fairbury, and Les Painter-Pierce.
The dual was officiating by two of Nebraska's finest: NSWCA Official of the Year-Austin Coufal, Howells and NSWCA New Official fo the Year-Breatt Mauler, Mullen.
