I have two words for this year: uncomfortable and community. 🤪 Uncomfortable I’m a total introvert and love being in control. I always stick to what is comfortable for me and I wanted to challenge myself to go against that natural instinct this year 👯‍♀️ Community As entrepreneurs, we tend to be alone a lot. We often lack having our own community surrounding us. Prioritizing community this year is important. I see it with my big clients all of the time: they hire me to build community around their products and their services because they know that’s what leads to success in business. This year, I’m focusing on building a community around my own business which is why I have ramped up on doing more events and getting my clients together in order to build that community. My encouragement to you is to do the same! It’s wildly important. Do you feel you have a community around your business/brand right now? If you don’t, you’re not alone! I may or may not have a great resource for you if you find yourself lacking a community around your business but simultaneously wanting to build one. 🤭🤫😉
