Free JTF Summer Camps are back!

Free JTF Summer Camps are back again this summer! We will 10 camp days starting July 9th. Kids can come to one day or all. Lunches will be provided free of charge. For more information, please visit our website at www.jtf1.com

JTF has teamed up with the Town of Grantsville Maryland and a number of sponsors to again host FREE JTF Summer Camps. JTF will be at the Town of Grantsville Park every Tuesday and Thursday from July 9 to August 13. Specific camp dates are as follows for 2024:

Happy Saturday, JTF fans. It has been a busy start this season. Today we are hangout out in The Town of Grantsville, Md park for the National Road Yard Sale. Come out, play, eat, and buy stuff. We have plenty of space for the other sessions. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the session. We have skates for all sizes and ages. JTF asks that you and your children stay on concrete pathways at the rink to avoid mud being brought into the rink. We will be open even if it is 50 degrees today. Exciting news, JTF fans. Today, we had a surprise visit from the International Ice Rink Association of the Universe (IIRASU). The IIRASU inspector stated that the JTF Ice Rink in The Town of Grantsville, Md, park is the best ice rink in Garrett and Allegany County, MD. Come on out and see for yourself.

Hello JTF fans. The JTF Ice Rink season has come to an end. This was a great first season. So many skaters of all ages and from many locations near and far. The JTF Story

The Joint Training Facility is a mobile sports and family entertainment business focused on providing under-served rural communities with unique activities. The owners of JTF are two military veterans - Ronda Johnson with 12 years of Army service and Michael Mc Closkey with 14 years in the Marine Corps. Following our military careers, we continued to serve our Department of Defense brothers and sisters as Civil Servants for an additional 10+ years. After the loss our fathers, we did some deep soul searching on our path in life. We decided it was time to change the focus of our lives and pursue our passion - bringing sports, fitness, and fun to rural communities. Using the training and knowledge we accumulated over years of military and civilian service, we developed the concept of the Joint Training Facility (JTF). As we pursue our permanent facility, we created the mobile component of our business. We bring our “Facility” to your party, wedding, festival, town celebrations, picnic, school celebration, or any event.
