Good afternoon everyone! I hope you day is going well, this is Casey of KCKitchens. I'm starting up another round of meal-preps, if anybody is interested! This week, we'll be making Taco-Stuffed Bell Peppers(533kcal 42g protein), and Chili-Smoked Chicken Breast with blackbean and corn salad(513kcal 50g protein).

The price is set at $7.50 per meal, and I'll be taking orders up till tomorrow night. On Monday, you can pick up your meals from someone at the Bowery in the evening. Also beginning this week, we will be adding on a one-time fee of $5 for a transport-bag and ice pack. At the time of pickup or delivery, I ask you return the ice pack and bag, then you'll get a new one with a fresh ice pack in the new order.

For dinner next week, why don’t you share in my nostalgia and have some Pizza Club Spaghetti? Meatballs, marinara sauce, hand-made pasta and garlic bread, everything has been made from scratch and is packaged in a D.I.Y. fashion. Included instructions will guide you through heating up the sauce/meatballs, boiling the pasta, and toasting the bread for the freshest dinner possible!

Vegetarian Stir-Fry, made with the assistance of a cast-iron skillet.

With the recent crazy week at work, I decided to start batching out a week's worth of food. This is made with GGS(garlic/ginger/scallions), daikon radishes, mushrooms, peppers, onions, corn, and rice noodles. Just toss the vegetable mix in a pan , reheat it, add noodles and bam! Hot meal piping hot and fresh~
