She believes in creating customized menus that fit each client's individual and personal needs. Chef Amanda Grace found her love of food in her grandma, Gracie's, kitchen. Her grandma helped lay the foundation of her culinary career and later inspired her to pursue her passion, making her dream of professional cooking a reality.

Everything is gluten, soy, corn and refined sugar free! No inflammatory seed oils and high quality dairy in the Marsala & Wild Rice soup!

this cold weather coming up has me feelin some type of way! It’s the perfect soup weather! Here’s my favorite gluten free vegetable minestrone for these rainy days ahead 🌧🍲 also delicious as left overs 🤤

INGREDIENTS:
🥕 (2) 14oz cans organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
🥕 6 cups organic bone broth (you can use vegetable stock if you want to keep it vegetarian)
🥕 sea salt, garlic & onion powder & Italian seasoning - season to taste, I am very liberal with the spices 😋
🥕 2 TBS sun-dried tomato paste
🥕 2 cups organic diced carrots
🥕 2 cups (1/2) organic diced sweet onion
🥕 5 cloves organic garlic - minced
🥕 2 bay leaves (remove before eating)
🥕 1 medium organic zucchini - diced (you can use any extra veggies you have here too! I’ve also done Brussels sprouts!)
🥕 1 and 1/2 cups chickpea pasta (great source of protein)
🥕 3-4 cups organic baby spinach
🥕 OPTIONAL- your choice beans

INSTRUCTIONS:
🍅 place all ingredients in a large soup pot or slow cooker EXCEPT - pasta, spinach & zucchini
🍅 bring up to a boil & keep at a hard simmer for about 20-30 mins, reduce heat to a low simmer for another 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
🍅 add zucchini & pasta - cook at a low boil for about 12 minutes
🍅 add spinach & let it wilt
🍅 ENJOY! 😋 serve with gluten free garlic bread for a little something extra!
