We bring the party to you! We arrive at your location with our Catering Team & our Southern Pride Smoker/Grill. Our Cooks will cook your food on location. We will set up buffet table's and wire chaffing racks to serve, then serve your guests for one hour. After we are done serving, we will wrap up your leftovers, break down the buff
et, and clean up. We supply the heavy-duty tableware: plates, forks, knives & napkins. We are there 1 1/2 hrs prior to serve time. Big Racks Buffet (Semi Serve)
Minimum 50 People: Minimum $150
Your Catering server(s) arrive at your location with all the fixins for a party. You supply us with two 6 ft tables & table coverings. We bring the food to you already cooked, set everything up for serving in wire chaffing racks, bring all of the heavy-duty tableware; plates, forks, knives & napkins, and serve your guests. We are there for 1 1/2 hours from set up to clean up (Tables are available for an
additional charge) Serve your guests and then clean up! The Drop Off
within a 10 mile radius. If you’re just looking for the food without the staff to serve it, a delivery may be for you. The food will be dropped off at your place in
disposable aluminum pans hot and ready to be served. We supply heavy-duty tableware; plates, forks, knives & napkins. We do notsupply serving utensils. Build your own Big Racks Menu:
