Provided Tableware Share to the Festival Mosaic final Reception at Cuesta College. A perk was getting to attend the concert. Tonight's finale was L'histoire du soldat (The Soldier's Tale) by Igor Stravinsky. The musicians are so talented - playing very technical music.
Started out my day with a row of totes with clean dishes on the driveway to be sorted out for two events - a birthday celebration for 100 full service, and tonite's reception for 150. Now tomorrow, get to haul them all back to SLO Provisions to be washed. Am grateful to owner SLO Provisions Dwyne Lewis letting me use his commercial dishwasher and the pastry chef, Jacob SA doing all the washing work. Oregon just banned polystyrene foam dishware May 8. CA is way behind...

The state of Oregon has banned styrofoam and fined businesses up to $500 per day for distributing the toxic material.
