SO WHAT IS THE VIP ACCESS EVENT? The VIP Early Access is your chance to test out your vendors before you book them! Every part of the VIP event is designed and brought to life by local Southern Utah vendors so you can experience the party like your guests will! (DJ, catering, bartending, photography, etc.).
The event will be from 5-9 on Friday, January 19th. Your ticket includes 2 drinks (mocktails + cocktails) by .s, a luxury picnic setup by , 1 beauty vendor service and a styled shoot!
The event will begin with tips from .planning on how to make your day perfect. The attendees will then get the opportunity to experience one beauty service in real time of their choice from the range of vendors; nails, hair, skin, lashes, teeth whitening and more! And to top it off, there will be styled shoots setup with local photographers snapping photos at the backdrop of your choice, with the gallery gifted to attendees so brides can see editing styles and interact in person with a group of the best local photographers around!

The theme is disco + white! Brides will be gifted a party veil + sunglasses, and giveaways all night to add to the celebration! Follow along as we spotlight all the vendors and offerings this next week! Tickets are limited, link in bio for purchase.

Our Early Access event will be held January 19th from 5:00-9:00. Tickets include tips and tricks from Sunrae Planning, one of Southern Utah’s most successful wedding planners, drinks + small eats, meet and greets with over 20 beauty vendors, and an in real time trial with your beauty vendor of choice. The event will also offer a styled shoot set up with your chance to test out 2 photographers of your choice so you can choose the perfect photographer for your actual wedding day!
