The water lantern festival in Rochester New York is not canceled it was only canceled by race to taste curbside grill food truck cause it was far away.

It was a good time at the chester food truck festival. Jay did a great job with taking the orders and making the lemonade fresh. Strawberry lemonade always seems to be the people's choice in chester. I think Jay is learning pretty quick and doing a good job considering i am used to working alone but she seems to be a good fit.

It was Jay's first day today. She helped out and I am so excited she is helping out. She did a great job making the lemonade and helping with cleaning and labor when needed. Unfortunately everyone at the festival was selling the same exact thing and I will not be doing the exton community day ever again. But take nothing away from my help cause she was doing a great job for it to be our first day working together.

So yesterday was a hectic day since I had to cancel my 2 day festival it turns out there is 2 Greenville Pennsylvania and I didn't want to drive 6 hours away then drive back 6 hours and pay the gas prices so I decided to go to the spring city swim club but earlier in the morning I left messages to different food truck events and when I was on my way to the swim club I got a call back from a food truck festival in Mechanicsburg and I was swamped all day. If I actually had help I would make more money 💰 but today I am going to the spring city swim club

Plans changed today as the air market canceled cause they were expecting rain but since it's such a nice day I am back at the swimming pool in spring city. Got some new signs with updated pricing and items. Now selling Skittles m&m's & airheads

On the second day at the black excellence festival a big Jamaican trailer parked next to me with a loud generator half way through the day but things are going great.

For some odd reason the big trucks had less product than I did. There were about 6 food trucks in a 6 hour food truck festival and they were all gone by the half way point. I feel like as least I know how much I should bring 😆

The lines were extremely long in betterton maryland for the food trucks. It was a good idea to bring a extra tent for peaple to stand underneath since it was raining on and off throughout but peaple were hungry and patient. I liked the peaple in betterton it was my first time there and they made me feel comfortable.
