Hello! Happy Friday!!! I think it’s time for a reintroduction - I’m Bianca, owner of RSVP by B. I'm a hospitality & tourism professional, specializing in weddings and special events. I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Institutional Management. In every role I had, whether it was in a restaurant, bed & breakfast, or a hotel; I always found myself handling the 'events' aspect in that establishment; I have always had a passion for events, (𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳, 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘦𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘯) so in 2012 RSVP by B was born! Cheers to 12 years!⁣⁣A little about RSVP by B: Our primarily focus over the years has been Wedding Day Coordination, (𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨) this past year we have started to take on more partial and full-service clients. I have built an amazing team (𝘐 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮); we know what it takes to create a smooth, stress-free, beautiful wedding. We are organized, energetic, and detail-oriented. We always have our clients best interest at heart and we take responsibility of creating an experience that you will remember. Friday evening was a perfect night for a small cocktail party at Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies before a virtual Ned Ames Honorary Lecture featuring Ben Strauss, CEO and Chief Scientist at Climate Central.

Thursday evening was Community Family Development’s Superheroes Spring Fundraiser. It’s been a pleasure working with this board for the past year on two great events! Did you know, they are the largest non-profit childcare center in Dutchess County with a continuous enrollment of nearly 100 children and families. Many may already know (some may not) but I work very closely with Revel 32° - I have been part of their team since they purchased & started renovating this beautiful historic building back in the beginning of 2019. It has been an incredible (and at times challenging) experience but the endless possibilities of the space, the team, and the events we can create make it so worth it! Two major highlights was I was awarded The Forty Under 40 Mover & Shaker Honoree issued by Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Thank You to the team of Revel 32° for the nomination. And I won Hudson Valley's Magazine's 2022 Best of Hudson Valley for "Best Wedding Planner". We are officially out of the office this week. My mini me’s are on spring break and we decided to make the most of it with the short few days that we can be away! I apologize for any delay in response but as soon as we are back I’ll be in touch!!!

Wow! What a season it has been and I am so thankful to have these amazing ladies (missing a couple smiling faces) by my side to “make it happen” for all our amazing couples!
