What a whirlwind weekend for our catering company with five incredible events! From breathtaking floral designs featuring a stunning wedding arbor and bridal bouquet, to a rehearsal dinner complete with a mouthwatering carving station featuring succulent rack of lamb and our signature beef tenderloin.
We spiced things up with a taco bar wedding at HBC and indulged in a brunch with lox and bagels plus an omelette station. Then, we celebrated love at the historic Laurel Falls and hosted a dreamy wedding reception at the Monte Vista Hotel in Black Mountain for the sweetest couple ever.
And let’s not forget the debut of our bride’s cake - almond sponge cake with amaretto cream cheese frosting. Plus, we toasted to Chef Carter’s birthday!

Oh what a special day it was celebrating Donna & Glenn! After nearly 30 years together and starting a new chapter in North Carolina they decided to get married and have their wedding on their private property! Unbeatable views, a gorgeous home and friends and family to enjoy it all with! Cute and cozy corporate catering for our friends at @first_horizon Bank last week. Mexican Tortilla Soup, Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and Caesar Salad are the BEST for lunch when temps start to drop. 🤤 🍂🍁🍃

Lunch today for a small retreat, featuring our super fresh Summer Salad with salmon or chicken, and “Ashley’s Fave” sandwich, with multigrain bread, herby cream cheese, pickled onions, sprouts, cucumbers, and tomato with our Superfood Salad on the side.
