So excited for this one! Join us for a fun and tasty evening nibbling our way through a Japanese Izakaya style menu. I tried so many delicious plates while traveling in Japan and can’t wait to share them with you. And not only is there food but we are teaming up with some amazing ladies in the wine industry to pair with each course! Just in time for the holidays 🎄. Bring a jar + baguette + wine to your next party and you will be invited back 😝. I’m just rolling this out so quantities are limited to start. Hey all! Tomorrow is going to be fun one in downtown Slo! It’s the annual holiday parade and I’m making a decadent slow cooked brisket mac n cheese .slo which will fill your bellies with goodness before heading to the parade ! Friends! Eeks the holidays are coming up fast 😬… too fast! Are you hosting Thanksgiving for a large group? Or maybe just having a small family gathering or Friendsgiving. Or maybe you’re lucky and attending as a guest 😉. Either way, if you want to show up, I can help you. I’m accepting orders for a limited amount of boards and boxes the few days before 🦃 day hits! If picked up on Wednesday they will be amazing on thanksgiving just as long you have some fridge space. Sorry this gal is spending the actual holiday with my fam. Super excited about these 3 bites & the pairing we are doing with next week .slo on Wed 10/18 at 5pm. I was lucky enough to try their beautiful wines and this is the menu that inspired me 💕. Counoise + mushroom pate & whipped goat ricotta. “Keeper” red blend + duck confit, winter squash, pomegranate bruschetta. Estate Cab Sauv + Stepladder Creamery Big Sur Bloomy rind triple cream with blackberry compote. Don’t miss this one. Tickets in the link in my bio and on .slo website.

It’s always super fun to be able to use local ingredients when creating a dish. Next Wednesday 8/23 I’ll be using locally raised lamb from Tablas Creek to make you all some amazing lamb smash burgers with Point Reyes Toma, marinated sweet summer frying peppers, and a preserved Meyer lemon aioli on local brioche. We had the opportunity to go to Monk last night in Kyoto. What a beautiful experience. Each dish was so thoughtful. The menu paid homage to all the beautiful seasonal vegetables which were picked that morning for our meal. Of course the pizza was amazing.

Happy St.Patty’s Day ☘️. It’s supposed to be a lucky day right? Maybe you find a pot of gold today? I know it’s dorky to do this but I try to appreciate the small things. 700 people following me is hilarious in this crazy social media world but it means something to me. I’ll never want or be a social media guru, influencer, blah blah but if I’ve cooked for you or met you and you appreciated what I bring to the table, thank you.
