Well friends, I went to Italy and fell in love! With the country, not a man! And I love it so much, I’m moving there! CBC IS RELOCATING: To Italy. ROME, to be exact! I leave in early January, and YES, I will be catering and cheffing every SINGLE MINUTE up until departure! I’m taking fall and holiday bookings starting RIGHT NOW! I’m starting a new instagram about “my journey”…I’ll update on that soon, as well as…well, how all this came about…..the synchronicities, the God Moments, the FAITH, the calling to move my entire life to another country 🤯
I’ll be back to AZ a lot! My kids, my Dad, my family, my friends, are here, and I’m not doing this without the peace of mind that I’ll be back often. So I WILL BE❤️My Dad says “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life”
Well, we all know what I love doing, and I’m not entirely sure what the future holds yet, but one thing I do know is this: 10 years ago, when I chose self respect and to be single and fight the good fight, my every day motto immediately became Faith Over Fear. I have lived by this DAILY. It has been a journey..blood, sweat and tears, literally. I took HUGE leaps of faith, and THAT is when the doors opened. And THAT is what I have to look forward to. Well, that, and conquering the Tiber on kayak 😆

👏👏 A lot of people have been asking when I’ll do my Chicken Marsala, so THAT is the Weekly Dinner this week!!! As I posted recently, this was the very first dinner I ever made all by myself when I was little……and I STILL love making it! I’ve adapted it a little over the years, and it’s even better 🤭
As an add~on dessert, indulge in the Tarte Tatin that I learned to make in Paris recently! Tarte Tatin basically translates to French upside down caramelized tart! 🍎

FACEBOOK BREAK 😆
I’m elbows deep in making lasagnas, and I need a 15 min break! One of my absolute favorite days in Sicily was driving to Marsala. It was literally a 30 minute (BEAUTIFUL) drive from my house.
**backstory: Chicken Marsala was the very first dinner I ever made all by myself. I was 12 years old, and it was for my big brother Scott Browner’s
high school graduation. Yes I’ve adapted it over the years, and it remains (other than my lasagna), my favorite thing to make. It’s also the top seller (other than my lasagna) on my entire menu. So how could I NOT go there!! Coincidentally, Scott also gave me my very first pasta machine, when I was about 15 years old. I’ll post a super funny story about that soon! As soon as I get another break lol! Ok back to lasagna~making…….👩‍🍳

I’m now officially offering weekly meal service out of my precious commercial kitchen, which of course is state licensed, health department approved, not to mention I myself am ServSafe certified.
