Ok it’s GO TIME. Plated dinner for 140!
On the menu:
*Farro Salad
*Tuscan Chicken (a dish I learned in Tuscany…so I named it that 🥰)
*Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Demi~Glace
*Zucchini Soufflés (learned this in Italy as well)
*Creamy Shellbow Pasta with English Peas and Smoked Ham (learned this one in Bologna, the culinary capital of Italy)
*Roasted Asparagus with a touch of Lemon Butter and Sea Salt
*Brioche Rolls with fresh herbed garlic butter
