Change: A Certainty in Life - The Good Eatin'™ Story Continues

June, 2019 - Launched Southern Inspirations, LLC as a marketing consulting/video storytelling business with episodic content across three segments: 1) Home Base (home decor/design/organization shows); 2) Making A Difference (nonprofit/small business stories) and 3) Good Eatin'™ (recipes, cooking demos, entertaining).

January, 2021 - Sunsetted Home Base and Making A Difference. Expanded Good Eatin'™ to become a licensed catering business. Specialized in delightful charcuterie creations.

December, 2022 - Sunsetted the Good Eatin'™ catering business.

January, 2023 - Took a much-needed hiatus from self-imposed pressure to determine next steps.

So...what's to come in February and beyond? We shall see.

For now, I'm going to keep doing what the Lord has given me to do: Love. Cook. Share. Repeat.
