Central Coast Catering We are a full service catering company serving everything from smoked brisket to sweet and savory baby back ribs to perfect pulled pork.

We use local red oak in our custom built 2 ton monster machine, "The Smoke Wagon." We also do juicy, finger-licking chicken, mouth-watering tri tip, and a rum and brown sugar cured smoked salmon you cannot get anywhere else.
