About me
Hi! I'm Anita and I was born to take pictures. It's what I do. It's what I am truly passionate about.
For me, there is no greater honor than being invited to document the most special moments of someone's life. Whether it's a wedding, a retirement party, family portraits or pictures of a brand new baby, I love to catch the most precious seconds on film for my customers to cherish for the rest of their lives.
I believe that what sets me apart is my ability to take truly unique candid shots; the type of shots that years later can take a person right back to the second the shutter snapped. I am especially comfortable with natural light and settings, yet proficient enough to adapt to any situation.
I am perfectly comfortable taking photos of traditional poses and choreographed scenes, and love revealing my subjects' special connections to each other. I have spent many years studying portraiture and fashion photography and I majored in documentary photography at the Ohio University School of Visual Communication.
