Teamwork makes the dream work! All hands were on deck plating this fantastic dessert dish created by @brobinator of @sonoranpasta at the pop up dinner at @sossamanfarms last weekend. Einkorn and Rye were the grains used from @haydenflourmills in this Pasta Fritta Napoleon (she made pasta sheets and fried them to a crisp!) with candied kumquats, almond cookies, and kettle einkorn berries.
