👩🏻🌾🧑🌾👨🌾🌻After a day at the Ranch and garden picking, we created a refreshing black cherry basil and lime mocktail and Korean cold noodle dish that even the self acclaimed “worst cooks” can easily make at home. 🌟
This one stores great in the fridge too so it’s a great summer fridge dish that is easily portable to work, a hike or just when coming in from a hot day.
Those cherry tomatoes are like candy right now and so are the peaches that we served for dessert.
We started our time together with an hour of sound bath, flute, drumming, chymes, chanting and gongs all provided by (an out of body experience) and a special offering of her hand made sourdough with cheddar and jalapeno for a literal sharing bread together. 🙌🙌🙌🪘🥁🎶 Incredible experiences - all of it!
A special visit with Balpha Noojin Byzantine icon artist and sculptor, and owner of the Cliff House really elevated the evening. We admired his work that he brought with him, St Anne, and sat out on the screened porch with cool mountain air and the sound of the falls (that wall is 900 million years old) sitting over a sacred Cherokee healing ground and a natural energy vortex. To say this is a special retreat would be short changing it. I am truly honored to be part of this.🙏🌸🍃
