As a lifelong resident of Benton County, I have deep roots in our community. I am married to Matt Ormon, the son of Mark and Teena Ormon, and together we are proud parents of three wonderful children: Mady, Millie, and Mace. My family background includes my parents, Jeff and Monica Green, who have instilled in me the values of hard work and dedication.
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Business from NEMCC, which has equipped me with essential skills for public service. My experience as the town clerk for Ashland provided me with valuable insights into local government operations, including record management and data entry. This role allowed me to understand the inner workings of our town's systems.
Additionally, I served as the elementary school secretary at Ripley Elementary, where I excelled in organizing schedules, maintaining records, and fostering communication between parents and teachers. My role as a Career Coach for two years further enriched my experience, as I collaborated with businesses to connect students with career opportunities and guide them in finding their future paths.
