Are you looking for something fun and memorable for your child’s next birthday party or special event? Does your child love frogs, snakes, lizards, turtles, and interesting insects? I will bring several different species of really cool reptiles and amphibians to your home, park, school, or other venue. The kids will be able to see, get close to, and learn about the animals. I tell stories and jok
es about the animals, while talking with the kids about what the animals eat and their home habitats. I have several different species of reptiles, amphibians, and insects - some small and pretty, some large and showy. I have cool geckos with sticky toes, geckos that look like leaves, frogs that look like hand-puppets, nocturnal giant skinks that live in a social family, tortoises that look like they were run over by a truck, crocodile lizards that are so rare there are only a few hundred of them left in the world, ‘Grumpy’ the chameleon who will literally throw a hissy fit when you look at him, and salamanders that, if they lose an arm, they will just grow a new one! The typical animal presentation lasts about an hour, but a longer one is also possible. At the end of the presentation, there will be an opportunity to touch some of the animals and I will make sure everyone washes their hands before going on to the next activity.
