While you might not get the chance to visit Mandela's old house or Trevor Noah's neighborhood in Soweto, as a Coloradan you can a

t least sample a piece of the township's annual Kota Festival right at your doorstep. Kota, aka Bunny Chow, is a signature South African curry dish, featuring beef or chicken (veggie available too) on a bread bowl or bed of basmati rice and garnished with parsley, with sides of chakalaka salad and achaar (spicy veggie pickle).
