Golden hour hits ✨different✨ We always include the exact time of sunset on your timeline! In Colorado, the sun goes down a bit quicker because it goes behind the mountains. So we make sure you head out at least 15-20 minutes before the official sunset 🌅

Ready to dance the night away ✨ While we definitely don’t recommend procrastinating your DIYs until the last minute, your seating chart really can’t be done until you have your RSVPs. So make sure you plan to carve out some time in the last 2 months of your engagement if your seating chart is a DIY project!

Of course we build in time for your photographer to capture your reception details, but we also make sure the candles are lit for it! And getting these candles lit for the detail shots comes down to a SCIENCE.

We don’t want to light them too early during the ceremony or portraits, because then they will melt down too quickly. Getting these shots requires a lot of communication with the photographer on timing to make sure they’re lit and ready but not too early! It’s always worth it, though 🕯️

Your tablescape deserves as many textures as possible! Here we included antlers, greenery, citrus, beaded chargers and a floral China plate on top of the wooden table. There is no such thing as too many textures at your reception tables 🍴
