As a teen, Wes found that he enjoyed cooking and experimenting with new foods and finding what reactions he could get from people with his love of food. In 1997, Wes started out in the paint and body industry within the family business. Over the years he has tried many new things, created many creations with food and now has finally followed through with his dream to cook. Wes loves to make people
