Pairing art and food is a great way to share our creative spirit with our community. I am Korean and Hungarian. I was raised eating a modified version of Korean food, mostly bulgogi and rice. The flavors of the fresh ginger, sesame seeds, fresh garlic, green onions and soy sauce are bold, but once you add the sweet element, it creates a harmonious balance. d. The tacos with the grilled meat and daikon slaw has such a fresh quality. Once you add the sriracha mayo it really binds it all together as well as gives it a tad bit of heat. Hibachibot is based out of Cave Creek, AZ serving the whole valley.

Hi friends and fellow Bot-Heads!!! Hibachibot will be back on the road next week and we are just so excited! We took a little time off during the holidays bc our son came home from college. It was awesome! When we discussed New Year's resolutions...our son said something that resonated...BALANCE! That is something we are going to really focus on in 2022; getting to you more often, giving you more communication, and participating in more fun events where you can not only eat with us...but also enjoy where you are! Stay tuned as we start off FRESH and ready to bring you some Bot!
