Great day at the Spring Fest 2024 in Cleburne. Weather held up down here, sales were exceptionally good and developed new friendships with other food vendors and reconnected with a former coaching buddy and his family (Nat's Sugar Shack). Thoroughly enjoyed Bennie Wheels Johnny Cash Tribute music. Pretty dang good day. Thank you Abby n Chris for helping me out!

Many thanks to Coach Potter (Leon HS) for coordinating our involvement in serving lunch at the Regional Tennis Tournament in Centerville, America yesterday. Great turnout that allowed us to make a nice donation to the Centerville HS Robotics program. Pictured below is my main man, Oscar. Have known and worked with him off and on over the last 11 years. Great human being with an unbelievable work ethic and always a smile on his face!

Thank you Jeremy Dooley and Northpointe Church in Burleson for having us as one of your vendors after your worship service this past Sunday. Yall had a great crowd as all the chefs had long lines of hungry folks. Couldn't have done it without Abby, Chris and Aidan. Y'all are rock stars in my book.

Many thanks to Jill & Beverly with the Loflin & Nichols Middle School Athletic Booster Clubs for inviting us to serve at the 7th grade football games on Tuesday and 8th grade football games on Wednesday. Must give special thanks to Aidan and Frances for their hard work and making our customers happy and affording them the opportunity to enjoy our food. Definitely a big hit the past two nights.

Hey now, good times at Plum Creek Elementary this past Friday for Meet the Teacher Night! Albeit hotter than Hades, great crowd showed up to be involved in their kids lives, most impressive. Thank you Crystal Mathis for helping to coordinate our services. Yep, Abby & Aidan did all the work!

Many thanks to Brad and all the folks with the Cleburne Education Foundation for allowing us to serve breakfast and lunch at the Goatneck Bike Ride. Well over 1,000 participants and we saw so many volunteers helping with the coordination of this event. Most impressive!!!

Hey now, many thanks to Cindy with the East Texas Hunter Jumper Club for inviting us to serve at their horse show in Greenville, America yesterday. Thank goodness I had help from Chip Burt and his family, golly bum it was another scorcher day.......Great turnout though! Chip and Mallory's mother Cindy and grandmother Anne showed up to grab a sammich as well!
