Face painting, glitter tattoos, natural henna, and balloon twisting add great fun at birthday parties, community festivals, school fairs, fundraisers, reunions, or any other special event! With prices starting at just $90/hour, everyone can afford to add this amazing fun to your event. For more information or to schedule your event, please contact me! Frequently Asked Questions… *** What type of paints and products do you use? *** I use only the best professional water-based face paints and products in the market. My preferences are Silly Farm, Mehron, Paradise, TAG, and Global Body Art brands, which are all safe, non-toxic, FDA approved, and hypoallergenic products. My henna is always custom mixed with a special recipe of high quality Jamila powder, fresh ingredients, and pure essential oils. And all mica powders and glitters are high quality, cosmetic grade products. *** How do I wash the face paint design off? *** The best way is simply water and soap, or a damp wash cloth. *** What are your fees & how do I reserve a date? *** I typically charge $90-150 per hour. Events out of the general Arlington/Stanwood/Smokey Point area may have a small travel fee. My hourly rates are based on whether it's private event, like a birthday party or PTA event ($90/hr), vs. a busier corporate, community, or business event ($100-150/hr). In some cases, a retainer fee is required to hold a specific event date, and the balance is due in full by or at the event (unless prior arrangements have been made). *** How do fundraiser events work? *** I charge my usual hourly rate, and payment is still required prior to the start of your event. Then the amount of fundraising is up to you! Each design fee can be based on an open-ended donation, or have a set price per design. (Most events sell tickets for at least $5-10 per person to have their face painted or a balloon twisted.) I can collect the tickets throughout the event for you if needed, but all fundraising proceeds go directly to you at the end of the event. *** What about hygiene? *** I always carry sanitizing wipes and hand sterilizer to keep everything clean. All supplies are thoroughly washed and sterilized between every event. *** Do I need to provide anything? *** Yes - If your event will be outside, then shade is ideal in order to keep the supplies from melting or being exposed to rain. A table & 2 chairs is nice, but not required since I can bring my own if needed. *** Am I expected to tip you? *** Tips are appreciated and accepted, but never expected - so no worries! *** Still have questions? *** Please feel free to contact me anytime by Phone, Text, Email, Web, or Face Book...
