🌅✨ Last week’s Twilight Dinner at Cropsey Community Farm was absolutely gorgeous! This incredible fundraiser celebrated their mission to conserve farmland and promote education by bringing our communities together. 💛

Guests enjoyed a farm tour, cocktail hour, delicious dinner & drinks, and live music under our 30x105’ tent with lighting, chairs, and linens. It was such a beautiful evening supporting a truly meaningful cause. 🌾🍷

We had such a great day getting out of the office and enjoying the Ringwood Food Truck event hosted by ! 🎉

Our team provided tents, tables, chairs, and games for both kids and adults to enjoy. On top of that, we served up cotton candy, hot pretzels, and popcorn 🍿—all to help raise money for and the Ringwood Hunger Walk. ❤️

One of the best parts? Meeting so many of our amazing clients in person after years of only speaking over the phone and email. The music, food, and community spirit made it an unforgettable day!

✨ First birthdays are extra special ✨

A corporate client recently reached out to us about helping with rentals for her daughter’s first birthday. Over the past few weeks, we worked closely together, tweaking and perfecting every detail to bring her vision to life.

When she emailed me photos from the big day, I’ll admit—I got a little emotional. The party looked absolutely beautiful, and you could feel the love and effort that went into it. 💕 It instantly brought me back to when I was planning my own boys’ first birthdays. It feels like yesterday, yet somehow those moments were so long ago.

It’s a reminder that these milestones are worth celebrating in a big way—because while the days can be long, the years truly are short.

We are the Porcelli’s

Hi! We are the John and Melissa Porcelli and the owners of Parties by Porcelli. We wanted to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about why we started Parties by Porcelli.

John and I went to the University at Buffalo where we met and fell in love. John is originally from the Bronx and I am from Rockland County. We now live in beautiful Ringwood, NJ with our three boys.

Whether it was promoting for bars, working at catering halls, or party planning, we have been involved in the event industry for over 15 years. It was ten years ago that we bought our first tent. Friends and family immediately started asking to borrow it and we realized that there was a need for a local, affordable tent and party rental company.... and so Parties by Porcelli was born. We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us!
