It was a great honor to participate in the Fete Rouge 2022 Chef Competition and with its professional board and staff. It’s always a pleasure to be around great talent hear in Baton Rouge and competing along side other talented chefs from other restaurants and culinary businesses. I would like to thank my supporting staff and those that came out to support as well. However, despite having won these accolades, I have absolutely no intention of resting on my laurels. Looking forward to next year. Thank you all.
