Menu has our mouths watering:
First Course:
Rabbit Cassoulet - An aromatic, stew-like, savory broth with herbs and white beans garnished with crispy leeks
Second Course:
Stuffed Roasted Poblano Pepper - Filled with slow smoked pork and cheese, served on a bed of herbal Mexican green rice with habanero crema, and garnished with pineapple and pepitas.
Third Course:
Clam Chowder - A distinctive twist on a classic chowder using ground pork belly, fresh vegetables, roasted sweet potatoes and hot sauce. Like none you have had.
Fourth Course:
Duck Confit ”Empanada” - Phyllo pastry dough filled with duck, wild mushrooms, golden raisins and a little bit more. Served with a horseradish/turnip puree, and garnished with a Kalamata olive tapenade.
Dessert:
Cranberry & Blueberry Cobbler with Cinnamon Ice Cream
