Sunday I had the privilege of working with a wonderful couple. They inspired me with how perfect they are for each other because they are funny, kind and confident in their faith. Their ceremony was unique, thoughtful and beautiful. Their praise song and their personal vows WOWed me. I wish them nothing but the best and to continue their journey together with God/Jesus as their #1. Congratulations Vania and Justin!

:: Wedding Coordinator at Your Service :: Finished alphabetizing and adding meal option to the place cards for tomorrow’s wedding. This is one of those tedious jobs but makes a big difference when done right.

So make sure when it’s your turn to tie the knot: alphabetize your es**rt cards by last name, first name prior to giving them to your reception venue. This ensures that your cards will be displayed in this order so your guests can find their name/card easier. Also by marking on the card what each guest picked as their meal choice, ensures everyone gets the meal choice that they picked. You’d be surprised how many guests may change their pick if given the option the day of.

Hello! I’m back!

Last night I met with my first Wedding clients of the year. I wasn’t even sure if I was going to work any weddings this year with being a new mom and all but I’m really happy I did. I just always enjoy getting to know the Bride and Groom, helping them with their big day and seeing their vision come alive.

And with that said I have 3 weddings booked this year! Can’t take on any more this year since I also have two family weddings and 1 friend Wedding but definitely lookin forward to booking for next year.

Also with exciting news: my very first Wedding couple client just announced they are expecting baby #2 and my second Wedding couple is celebrating their 3 year Wedding anniversary today! How wonderful!! 😍
