Hello Facebook Friends: (Update)

First of all, and most importantly I want to thank everyone that follows our page, and every single customer that has supported our small business for public and private events. Thank you again for all your support!!
As some of you might know, the food industry can be stressful, challenging and can offer several bumps in the road along the journey.
After thought, conversations, and consideration, Cajun Boil-n-Geaux will no longer be a full time business. We will continue to offer our services, just like we started in the past, on a part-time (as needed) basis. We love to cook good Cajun food and we will continue to do so for our customers, community and surrounding areas of the Gulf Coast. The crawfish season is our busiest time, but don’t hesitate to call us during the off season to cater your next private event. We look forward to offering our services and thanks again for your business!

On a side note….
I’m also going back to offering pressure/soft washing services on a part time basis. I’ve done this in the past and I’ve got my equipment trailer back up and in service. If you know of anyone needing these services, please share the love.
I will make another post shortly with more information for this service.

THANK YOU to the City of Semmes, Ms. Liz, and EVERYONE that came over to our truck!! This was our first trip to Semmes -Food Truck Friday and it was amazing! We ran out of a few items, but we’ll have enough next Friday!!

Cajun Boil-n-Geaux will be at The American Legion in Fairhope this coming Saturday to support The Boil on the Bay hosted by the Baldwin Bengals. The proceeds give scholarships to local students attending LSU.
Anyone is invited, scan the barcode to get your advance tickets to support our local students and enjoy some great music and food. See y’all there!!

Good morning Baldwin County, Cajun Boil-n-Geaux is looking for volunteers that would be willing to help us for some large upcoming events in the very near future. Yes, you will get paid and it will be on an as needed basis.
The reason I mention “volunteer”, I would like to compile a short list of people that would be interested, available, and willing to offer their help. Duties are easy, and will vary according to event. Setting up, serving, assisting with cooking, break down, clean up ….etc. Requirements are dependable, prompt, clean, manners, and the willingness to offer our customers Southern hospitality. Both men and women are encouraged to inquire. Teens, college students, retirees….anyone looking to make some extra money.

We would like to tell you a little bit about us for those who might not know. We are a food truck/catering seafood small business. We will specialize in seafood boils and Cajun food. My name is Chad Hebert, and I started this passion of boiling seafood part-time, 18 years ago. The recent build of our new seafood trailer has given us the opportunity to go full time. I’ve been a resident of South Alabama for 25+ years, originally from New Iberia, Louisiana. Yes, I’m 💯% Cajun, registered, and certified according to my birth certificate! 😂. Our food is authentic, homemade recipes passed on from my Louisiana parents and grandparents. Going full time was not possible without the hard work and help of my girlfriend, and partner in crime, Ashley Bryant.

Currently our commissary is the VFW 5660 Fairhope, Al 36532, and it will primarily be our home base for the time being. If we are not setup at the VFW, chances are we are attending a private event or a local festival/event in the area. During business hours, you can drive up anytime for to-go orders, or you can download our user friendly Cajun Boil-n-Geaux app for easy online ordering.

We hope to see you soon at the VFW in Fairhope, if not there you can catch up with us at a local festival or event in the area. Follow our page for all updates and locations where you can find some amazing Cajun food.
