ur plan to grow, purchase more and better equipment, and positioning ourselves to be able to take on larger events...goal accomplished! 2019 was a great year considering we were a new company, were in essence learning the ropes of how a mobile catering company functions, books events, in short...functions. 2020 was going to be even better..with better and bigger equipment, larger venues, and happy to say a solid, returning fan base to look forward to. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic swept through the nation and most if not all event venues were cancelled, leaving us to really wonder what to do. We couldn't just give up and quit, as we had put so much time and effort into this venture. We stuck it out, did a few private bookings and made it through 2020, which we are sure will go down as the craziest year ever. All of our success is due to one thing...happy, returning customers, and for that...we thank you..and we will still keep you all happy well into the future because the process isn’t broken...and if it isn’t broken, we don’t see any need to change it. The business model is scary simple...Give the customer food that is the highest quality, at a price that isn’t gouging , and in a quantity that is equal or better than the money charged. The short version?...“Fill ‘em up, and send ‘em away happy”

What some call “The best BBQ they’ve ever had”

Potchit’s was an idea that started with a sauce and a simple salmon dinner, and has evolved into a business that has gotten outstanding reviews. In 2018 we decided to walk away from our jobs, make some changes that would allow us to focus on Potchits 100%, and started cooking at local events with a very positive response. We finished 2018 with our sights set on the 2019 “season”, and established our plan to grow, purchase more and better equipment, and positioning ourselves to be able to take on larger events...goal accomplished! 2019 was a great year considering we were a new company, were in essence learning the ropes of how a mobile catering company functions, books events, in short...functions. 2020 is going to be even better..with better and bigger equipment, larger venues, and happy to say a solid, returning fan base to look forward to. What started as a nervous couple of people setting up a flimsy 10x10 pop-up tent, a card table, and a small grill with only a couple of items being sold...has grown into an operation taking a large box van, multiple grills, an event tent large enough to set up an entire kitchen, smoker trailer, and four page menu.

All of the above success is due to one thing...happy, returning customers, and for that...we thank you..and we will still keep you all happy well into the future because the process isn’t broken...and if it isn’t broken, we don’t see any need to change it.
