Having your wedding envelopes addressed to all your friends and family in hand scribed calligraphy shouldn't be a major expense, and it isn't with my pricing :). ~~PRICING~~
ENVELOPE ADDRESSING:
Straight and Italic styles are $2.50 per envelope (and that includes the inner envelope if there is one)
Fancy Italic is $3.00 per envelope (and that includes the inner envelope if there is one)
Return addresses are usually pre-printed on the back flap from the stationer, I rarely get inquiries to do a return address but if you find you will need that done, I can assist with that for an additional fee. PLACE CARDS, TABLE CARDS AND DESERT LABELS
Place cards and Desert labels are $0.75 each
Table cards are $0.60 each

~~ADDRESSING OPTIONS~~
After choosing the style of writing you like; Straight, Italic or Fancy Italic, there are a couple addressing options you have:

~~YOUR ADDRESS LIST~~
Please provide an electronic list of your addresses, either in Text, Word or Excel. Type the names out exactly like you want them written (including the Mr. if you are going the formal route). Be sure to include a column that indicates what you want written on the inner envelope if you have an inner envelope (include children’s names etc)
If you choose the centered addressing style, you will need to send the list in that format or I can reformat the list in Word for you for a $10 fee. I will spell out Avenue, Street, Road, Boulevard; Apartment etc provided there is enough room on the envelope. I use the standard street naming convention, like SE 262nd Place. I do abbreviate the state with the standard US Post Office 2 letter abbreviation. In some rare cases, the client prefers that the SE be spelled out fully to Southeast and that the state be spelled out fully instead of the 2 letter abbreviation, I can do that upon special request for an additional $.50 per envelope.
~~INK~~
As long as you choose the standard black ink, I will provide that at no extra cost. I don’t charge anything additional either, no tax, no hidden fees. If you opt for white or silver ink, I generally ask that you provide those pens although I can work something out with you if you prefer I get them.
~~HOW TO PROCEED FROM HERE~~
If you would like to proceed with having me address your envelopes, there are 2 options:
* I will meet you halfway to pick them up and drop them off, usually at a local Starbucks location.
* Use US Post Office Priority Mail: A lot of clients prefer to mail the envelopes to save time and a trip and then meet in person to pick them up. If you choose that option, send them to:

If you prefer to use the mail option for both sending and receiving the finished job, this option will usually cost you about $5 more, as you will need to provide return Priority Mail postage for me to mail it back to you if choose to do that. I do a lot of weddings for brides all over the U.S. and use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation exclusively.
~~HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE~~
I like to have 1 week from when I pick them up to get them done but almost always finish within a few days. If you need a quicker turnaround than 1 week, I can do rush jobs for a 30% of the total fee.
~~PAYMENT~~
Payment of ½ down is expected when you drop off or mail the envelopes, payable to Cyndi Dryden, with the balance due upon completion.
